A Light of Hope Collection

Food for Thought

Food · Memory · Identity · Belonging · Creativity · Resilience · Contribution

Food carries more than nourishment. It can carry memory, culture, family, migration, celebration, loss, survival and belonging.

Food for Thought brings together food, garden, creative practice, photography and storytelling. A participant may begin with a recipe, spice, photograph, plant, colour, piece of craft — or simply by joining the experience.

No one is required to disclose a personal or traumatic story.
