Finding a way back to community

Morning mist over an olive grove, with a path leading towards the hills

A moment of quiet can help someone notice how they feel and choose what comes next. In our Breathe • Ground • Connect pathway, participants practise that pause as part of everyday life and meaningful community activity.

  1. Breathe

Breathe begins with a choice: natural breathing, gentle movement or quiet reflection.

Each person brings their own history, culture, beliefs and strengths. Reflection can have personal or spiritual meaning, but no religious practice or disclosure of trauma is required. Participants choose what they share and the pace at which they participate.

Our educators and support workers focus on practical skills: expressing a preference, asking for help, setting a boundary and taking the next step with appropriate support.

No One Left Behind means making room for each person to contribute.
