When and where
- Date and time — checked against other calendars and holy days
- Venue with step-free access, seating and a quiet space
- Clear signs, and directions in more than one language if useful
Welcome
- Ask the community about customs, food and dress
- Roles: who welcomes, who sets up, who packs down
- How people will be invited
Afterwards
- What went well?
- What would we change next time?
